2. Estimates & Quotes

Estimates we provide are free and no-obligation, based on the information you share with us. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.

Because hot tub installation depends on site-specific factors (access, electrical, pad condition, permits), our final invoice may differ from the initial estimate if those conditions change. We will communicate any changes with you before proceeding and obtain your approval before additional charges are incurred.

3. Purchases & Payment

When you purchase a hot tub, parts, or service, you agree to pay the amount quoted or invoiced. Payment terms (deposit, balance due, financing) will be clearly stated in your written estimate and invoice.

• Deposits are typically required to order a tub or schedule installation
• Final payment is due as specified in your agreement
• Financing, if used, is provided through third-party lenders and subject to their approval and terms

4. Cancellations & Returns

Cancellation and return policies depend on the stage of your order:

• Before ordering — you may cancel with no penalty
• After ordering but before delivery — deposits may be partially refundable, subject to manufacturer and shipping terms
• After delivery — returns are generally not accepted for installed tubs unless there is a manufacturing defect covered by warranty

Specific terms will be outlined in your purchase agreement. If you have questions, ask before you commit — we're happy to walk through it.

5. Installation & Site Requirements

Proper installation requires a suitable surface, adequate electrical service, and safe delivery access. As the customer, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about your site (dimensions, surface type, electrical panel, access path)
• Ensuring the pad or surface is ready and load-bearing before delivery
• Arranging licensed electrical work as required by code (we can coordinate this for you)
• Obtaining any required permits or HOA approvals
• Clearing the delivery path of obstacles

If site conditions differ materially from what was disclosed, we may need to adjust the scope, schedule, or cost. We'll always discuss this with you first.

6. Service & Warranty

Manufacturer warranties cover your tub's shell, equipment, and components according to each manufacturer's terms. We will pass those warranties through to you and support you in making claims when needed.

Our own workmanship (installation, service visits) is backed by our commitment to do the job right. If something we installed or serviced fails due to our work within a reasonable period, contact us and we'll make it right.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper water chemistry, neglect, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature.

7. Water Care & Customer Responsibilities

Hot tub ownership requires ongoing maintenance. You are responsible for:

• Following recommended water care routines (we'll coach you)
• Testing and balancing water regularly
• Cleaning and replacing filters as needed
• Keeping the cover on and the tub protected when not in use

Water chemistry problems (cloudy water, scale, corrosion, foaming) are generally not covered by warranty. We offer coaching and service to help you avoid them.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sea Foam Hot Tubs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services — including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or damage to property not caused by our direct negligence.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase or service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that specific product or service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sea Foam Hot Tubs and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or failure to meet your responsibilities described above.

10. Third-Party Links & Content

Our website may link to third-party sites (manufacturer pages, review platforms, financing partners). Those sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
